D. Dale Dowling, BDA Senior Scientist, received an "Outstanding Performance Award" for environmental work performed for CSX Transportation, Inc. at the CSXT Public Safety & Environment 2008 Safety Training & Technical Conference in Savannah, Georgia. Dale received the award for environmental support of CSXT for the S-Line capacity improvement projects and the CSX/Evansville Western Railway Rail Terminal Facility project during 2007.
