City of Palm Bay
Threatened and Endangered Species Survey for a Municipal Golf Course Off-Site Wetland Mitigation

Feasibility of, and designs for a municipal golf course were suggested as a precondition for these efforts, the site characteristics in regard to wetlands, wetlands quality and permittability, and the status of the site relative to threatened and endangered species were required. Those efforts were required on a quick turn around, low cost basis. Deliverables were provided as required, on time and within budget. Positive comments were received from the client and the golf course architects using copies of the product.

While costing was important to the effort, added value was provided because GPS was used on-site to capture site boundary and feature data as part of the routine assessment process. The digital produce was compatible with computer and software systems of the client and the golf course architects. Lower copy costs were involved and higher product utility was provided to all parties speeding response times. We also were available personally to all involved parties.
